2. Website data
The site is designed to collect as little personal information as possible. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, request metadata and security logs to host, deliver and protect the website.
3. Purchases
Purchases are completed through Stripe. Stripe processes checkout and payment information under its own privacy documentation. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number. We may receive limited transaction information required for delivery, support, refunds, fraud prevention or legally required records.
4. Email
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and message content and use it to respond.
5. Cookies and tracking
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and usage, and Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance. Optional analytics and marketing storage are denied by default until you accept them through the consent notice. You can decline optional tracking.
6. Retention
Personal information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for support, security, dispute handling, legal obligations and transaction records.
7. Rights
Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a copy of personal information, subject to lawful exceptions.
8. Children
The product is intended for adults and is not directed to children.
Advertising measurement
With your consent, we may use Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance and understand whether visits or purchases are associated with our ads. Meta Pixel may set or read identifiers such as _fbp and, when applicable, _fbc. You can decline marketing tracking from the consent notice shown on the website.
For completed purchases, we may also send a server-side Purchase event to Meta through the Conversions API. Where available and appropriate, matching information such as an email address is transformed using SHA-256 before it is sent. Payment confirmation is handled separately through our payment provider.
