Purchases are completed through Creem. Creem processes checkout and payment information under its own privacy documentation. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number. We may receive limited transaction information required for delivery, support, refunds, fraud prevention or legally required records.

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and message content and use it to respond.
